Terms and conditions of use

These terms govern use of the private Hernan Bustos Real Estate Experts application, including chat, lead capture, contacts, referrals, calculators, and internal tools.

Platform access

Access is private and may require invitation, approval, or a valid access period. The account is personal. Sharing credentials, impersonating others, or using the platform for illegal activity, spam, abusive scraping, or uploading data without a lawful basis is not permitted.

Professional use

Real-estate, financial, tax, or legal information shown by the application is indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. Purchase, sale, investment, financing, or tax decisions must be verified with qualified professionals and official documentation.

Property proposals and deposits

A proposal recorded in the platform is an expression of interest, not by itself a binding purchase contract or a communication of final acceptance. Formalization remains subject to the required signed documentation, professional review, and applicable law.

A 'verified' deposit status means that the assigned listing professional reviewed the documentary evidence uploaded to the platform. Unless a regulated payment or escrow provider expressly confirms otherwise, the platform neither holds funds nor independently certifies bank settlement, availability, or irrevocability.

Third-party data

If you enter contacts, referrals, leads, or client data, you must have a lawful basis to do so and provide privacy information where required. Do not upload sensitive or unnecessary data for the real-estate purpose.

Availability and changes

The platform may change, suspend modules, or limit access for maintenance, security, breach, subscription end, or operational needs. The service is intended to remain available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The brand, interface, content, prompts, methodologies, texts, configurations, and platform materials belong to their owners or licensors. The user receives a limited authorization to use them while access remains valid.

Liability

The user is responsible for platform use and for the accuracy of data entered. Hernan Bustos Real Estate Experts is not liable for decisions made solely from indicative information, AI outputs, or incomplete data provided by users.
